RYV Focus + Energy Pouches are nicotine-free caffeine pouches designed for convenient energy and focus support.
We make every effort to display product information, pricing, flavors, ingredients, images, supplement facts, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the site will always be complete, current, error-free, or exact.
Product packaging, ingredients, serving size, caffeine amount, directions, and supplement facts may be updated from time to time. Always review the final product label before use.
4. CAFFEINE DISCLAIMER
RYV products contain caffeine.
RYV is not recommended for minors, pregnant or nursing individuals, people sensitive to caffeine, or anyone advised by a healthcare professional to limit or avoid caffeine.
We recommend 1–4 pouches per day based on your caffeine tolerance and routine. RYV is not recommended to exceed 200mg of caffeine per day from pouches.
Be mindful of caffeine from other sources, including coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre-workout, supplements, medications, or other products.
Do not use RYV if you experience adverse effects from caffeine. Stop use and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions or concerns.

7. USE OF PRODUCT
Use RYV products only as directed.
Place one pouch between your gum and upper lip. Let it moisten and activate for a few minutes, then remove and discard when finished.
Do not chew or swallow the pouch.
Do not use more than recommended on the product label.
8. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.

10. SHIPPING

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Because RYV is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryryv.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
12. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase RYV through a Subscribe & Save option, you authorize RYV or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.
Subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, shipping costs, and subscription terms may change over time.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating your payment method, shipping address, delivery frequency, or cancellation preferences.
You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting support@tryryv.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.
